Terms of Service

Booking & payment 

Booking and payment are made via the booking key on the website.

Måsek's adheres to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (konsumentköplagen (2022:260).

Cancellation 

Cancellation needs to take place no later than 24 hours before the visit in order for a full refund to be made. 

 Force Majeure 

Please note that Måsek's cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, fire, labour disputes and strikes, natural disasters, technical problems, transport difficulties, government decisions, pandemic outbreaks, terrorist attacks or similar unforeseen events. We ask for your understanding and refer you to your insurance company.
