Stolta att representera Svenska landslaget vid IFSS EM 2026

Proud to represent the Swedish national team at the IFSS EC 2026

We can now proudly announce that both I and Pär have been selected to represent the Swedish National Team at the IFSS European Championship in Gävle, 14–18 October 2026. It feels both honorable and significant to drive for Sweden alongside so many fantastic sled dog drivers from all over the country.

Competing in the European Championship on home turf is something truly special. It’s a chance to showcase the sport, the dogs, and all the hard work that goes into it — from daily training here at home in Dalarna to the major competitions around the world.

🐾 The puppies' big day – vaccination, microchipping, and examination

Later this afternoon, it's time for the puppies' first big milestone: vaccination, microchipping, and veterinary examination.

It’s always a special day. The little ones begin taking their first steps towards life as future family members, training partners, or perhaps even competition dogs. All the puppies have been here and met their new families, and it’s clear how secure and curious they have become.

🏔️ Autumn training is in full swing

Meanwhile, we continue with evening training for the competition dogs. It’s already evident how they are responding to the training — their strength is returning, their lines are becoming more even, and when we have hiking guests, they immediately feel how the dogs help them up the mountain. It’s a fantastic feeling for both us and the guests.

From September, we will start the Dogscooter adventure, where guests get to drive our competition dogs. And our most booked activity, Husky Hiking, continues on weekends until the competition season begins.

❤️ An autumn filled with energy, dog joy, and big goals

A lot is happening right now — national team selection, puppies moving out, training picking up, and a season about to start. But it all ties together. This is what makes Måsek's what it is: a place where everyday life and adventure meet, where dogs are at the center, and where every day brings us one step closer to our goals.

Welcome

Annika and Pär
