När tre valpar flyttar – en dag av vemod, glädje och tacksamhet

When three puppies move out – a day of melancholy, joy and gratitude

Today, Mys's three puppies – Indie, Liberty, and Buck – moved to their new families. Now, only Cody and Bliz are left here at home, and it actually feels a little melancholic. It becomes quiet in a way that goes straight to the heart, and some tears have been shed during the day. You get so incredibly attached to the little ones, follow them from their first breath, and watch their personalities emerge. When three out of five suddenly move on, it's a big change in daily life.

At the same time, we know that we have found fantastic puppy buyers. The puppies need to move on with their lives, receive continued upbringing and security in their new homes. It's part of the journey – even if it hurts a little today.

So, you have to grit your teeth, breathe, and think about what brings joy. And there's a lot to be happy about.

After yesterday's Husky Hiking, we received yet another 5-star review on GetYourGuide. This means an incredible amount to us. All guests who came via GYG this summer have given us 5/5, and we are so grateful for that. It's proof that the dogs deliver, that the experience touches people, and that people feel welcome here with us.

And what wonderful people we have met this summer. Visitors from Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Belgium, China, the Netherlands, Ireland, France, Israel, and Germany. It's absolutely fantastic that our small farm in Dalarna gets to host guests from so many different countries. Every encounter has been special in its own way, and the dogs have loved all the attention.

So even though the day is a little heavy, it is also filled with gratitude. The puppies get new lives. The dogs here at home are in top shape. And our guests continue to give us the best feedback one could ask for.

This has been a very special summer for us.

But now autumn is about to take over, so the Dogscooter adventure will replace Husky Hiking in the afternoons, and it's a fast-paced adventure that you will remember for a long time.

Welcome

Annika and Pär
