Idag har jag haft en inspirationsföreläsning hos en eventuell framtida samarbetspartner

Today I gave an inspirational lecture at a potential future collaboration partner.

What a fun day we've had – and what a great concept we're creating together. It feels significant to share what you love, what you know, and what has shaped you throughout life. To inspire others through your own experiences is truly a gift.

I have condensed my accumulated knowledge from over 20 years as a manager and leader in various organizations, at multiple levels. Add to that a long elite career in dog sledding, which began in 2008 and is still ongoing. And of course: more than 30 years of everyday life, work, and development with a pack of Nordic dogs.

All of this has given me a unique insight into how teams work – both human and four-legged.

Understanding what a team truly is, and how to make it function optimally over time, is one of the most difficult and fascinating challenges there is. My ambition is to let others be inspired by what I have learned from our amazing Siberian Huskies and from the winning teams I have had the privilege to lead.

Because you don't win a World Championship gold by chance. Nor do you get a working group to start functioning together without hard work, curiosity, and a lot of analysis. It requires presence, courage, clarity, and a willingness to understand both individuals and the whole.
